Who are Dignified Choice Care's caregivers?
Every caregiver who enters into your loved one’s home has been trained specifically with your loved one’s plan prior to his or her first shift. Dignified Choice Care prides ourself with upholding the dignity of your loved one’s comfort and never sends a new caregiver without first being sufficiently trained. Because of our amazing team of caregivers we are able to match each prospective client with a caregiver that best meets their needs.
How does Dignified Choice Care schedule?
The monthly schedule for each client is sent out 1-2 weeks prior to the start of the month. The client and Dignified Choice Care work together to coordinate what time/s of service are needed/desired. This allows clients time to make adjustments for planned appointments, family visits, etc.
How often does Dignified Choice Care need to cancel service?
Dignified Choice Care is committed to fulfill every scheduled shift.
What is continuity of care?
Continuity of care means a person can expect a routine schedule with the same caregiver or team of caregivers from a month to month basis. Having the best quality of care means reliability, consistency, and a caregiver who knows the care plan routine.
What are Dignified Choice Care's rates?
Dignified Choice Care maintains competitive rates. A person can choose to have 1 hour of service a day to 24 hour care. Our rates depend on the amount of service needed per day and the type of service needed. Due to our committment to partner with the family, we work with each family to establish a care plan that not only provides the best quality for their loved one but also works with each family’s budget as well.
