Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?
Currently, DCC accepts private-pay clients and Long-Term Care Insurance. We do not currently accept Medicare or Medicaid. This allows us to work directly with families and focus on creating care plans around their individual needs rather than insurance requirements.
How do I access my Long-Term Care Insurance?
Long-Term Care Insurance can be complicated, and every policy is different. Our team can help families better understand their coverage, walk through the process, and provide guidance on what information to gather so accessing benefits is as straightforward as possible.
How much does home care cost?
The cost of care depends on the client’s individual needs, schedule, and level of support required. During our free consultation, we’re happy to discuss the client’s situation and provide a range so families have a clear understanding of what care may cost.
Do I have to know exactly what type of care my loved one needs?
No. That’s what we’re here for. You don’t need to have everything figured out before contacting us. We can talk through what’s happening, answer your questions, and help you understand what level of support may make sense.
